These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Alex’s Artisanal Workshop (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Will not misuse or interfere with the website’s functionality
Will provide accurate and truthful information when placing an order

We take care to display our products accurately, including product images, descriptions, dimensions, materials, and pricing.
Because each item is handmade, natural variations in colour, grain, size, and finish may occur. These variations are not considered defects and form part of the product’s unique character.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices may change at any time without notice.
Payment must be received in full before an order is accepted and dispatched.
We accept secure payments through trusted third-party payment providers.
4. Orders & Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
We may refuse or cancel an order if:
A product is unavailable
There is an error in pricing or product information
We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
If payment has already been taken, we will provide a full refund for any cancelled orders.
5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk
Shipping costs, delivery timeframes, and available methods will be displayed at checkout.
We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once your order has been handed to the courier or postal service.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Natural handmade variations in products
Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidental damage
For return enquiries, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
7. Custom & Personalised Orders
Custom-made items are created specifically for you and may include engraved names, sizing changes, or bespoke designs.
Because these are made-to-order:
Full payment may be required upfront
Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded after production begins, unless faulty under ACL
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, designs, logos, branding, and product descriptions — is the intellectual property of Alex’s Artisanal Workshop.
You must not:
Copy, reproduce, modify, or reuse content
Claim our products, images, or designs as your own
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage
Delays, disruptions, or website errors
Third-party service failures (e.g., courier delays, payment gateway issues)
