Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every item is individually crafted by hand with care, quality, and attention to detail.

Where are you based?
I am based on the Central Coast, NSW, Australia. Local pickup and delivery are available, and I ship Australia-wide on most items.

Do you accept custom orders or personalised requests?
Absolutely. I am happy to create custom sizes, personalised gifts, and one-off pieces to suit your style or space.

Do you use AI in your business?
Yes — but only in helpful and transparent ways. Some feature or staged photos on our website may be AI-assisted to show how a product could look in a styled home setting. However, all product photos of the actual items you receive are real and unedited, so you always know exactly what you’re buying.

As I’m dyslexic, I also use AI as a support tool for writing — for product descriptions, refining grammar, and assisting with bulk text or generating ideas. All products, craftsmanship, and designs are 100% handmade by me.

Products & Materials

What materials do you use?
I mainly use natural solid timbers such as pine, acacia, beech, spotted gum, and merbau, paired with quality oils, stains, and sealers that bring out the wood’s natural beauty.

For custom orders, I’m also happy to work with other wood materials like MDF or plywood if you have a specific project, budget, or style in mind. Just let me know what you're after, and we can choose the best material to suit your design.

Are all items made in Australia?
Yes. Every product is designed and handcrafted here in Australia using locally sourced materials where possible.

Can I request a specific wood type or finish?
Yes, depending on availability. Many products can be customised with your choice of timber, stain, or finish.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All items come with a 12-month workmanship warranty covering structural defects and craftsmanship issues. Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, incorrect care, or environmental exposure is not covered.

Care & Maintenance

How do I care for my wooden items?
Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals. A light re-oil every now and then will keep the timber looking fresh.

Are your products food-safe?
Yes. All food-contact items are finished with food-safe oils or sealers.

Can outdoor items stay outside?
Outdoor pieces are sealed, but keeping them under cover will help extend their life.

How do I place an order?

Yes, I ship around Australia. Larger items may require a courier quote.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes. Free local pickup is available, and we offer local delivery to selected areas for a small fee.

How long does an order take?
Small items generally take 3–7 days. Custom or larger pieces may take 1–3 weeks. I will confirm the timeframe before you order.

Can I return or exchange my item?
